Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
If you have a shared web hosting service with our company and you want to enable the catch-all feature for a particular mailbox that you have in the account, it’ll take literally just one single click of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each and every email address that you have set up under any domain name hosted in the account. You can select one email address per domain by clicking on the respective button. This will activate the feature immediately, so all email messages sent to mistyped email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking the button once again will disable the catch-all feature. In case you have active email forwarding, our system will display a warning notification and you will not be able to activate the catch-all feature unless you remove the forwarding or you can simply select another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all email address can be created with several mouse clicks in case you’ve got a Linux semi-dedicated hosting service with us. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered via our in-house developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to create email addresses using any domain name registered here. To activate the catch-all feature for a given mailbox, you’ll need to click the icon with the same name, which will be to the right of each mailbox. Deactivating this feature can be done in the very same way and will not require more than one click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been activated for a specific domain, you’ll receive a warning note. The same goes if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never deactivate or change any feature automatically.
